Rooms: buffet breakfast, daily cleaning, bath towels changed every 3 days, bed linens weekly changed, courtesy bathroom set, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, fridge, covered parking and use of bicycles.
Houses: furnished kitchens, can of 250 ml of L'Olio dei Peretti organic extra virgin olive, weekly cleaning, bath towels changed every 3 days, bed linens changed weekly, courtesy bathroom set, heating, air conditioning (excluding apartment Il Dieci), TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, garden/veranda furnished with table and chairs, covered parking and use of bicycles.
The town of Fonteblanda is only 6km away where you can find all services (Various shops, Pharmacy, Outpatients’ clinic, a classical laundry and a launderette).

The prices refer to 2 people for the two-roomed apartments and 4 people for the three-roomed, there will be an additional charge of 5,00 Euros per night for each extra person.
Clients with animals will be charged 20 Euros for the final disinfection of the apartment (the limit of one pet per apartment).
You must vacate your apartment by 11.00a.m on your departure date.
There is a 5-Euro supplement for one night stays.
