The 36 hectares "Peretti" Organic Farm was named after its first owner, the Admiral Bartolomeo Peretti (1504 – 1544).

Fortunately, the countryside and seaside of Maremma have just partially been ruined by progress and industrialization and together with some other friends we have been doing our best to preserve flora and fauna and to ensure that they continue to coexist peacefully.
